Specification
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
 Collate information and coordinate dissemination of meetings packs to meeting attendees.
 Assist in finalising agendas and minutes within agreed timeframes.
 Assist in drafting reports and memoranda on governance and related matters.
 Assist with the preparation and facilitation of Group’s annual B-BBEE audit process.
 Assist with conduct research on a range of corporate law and governance matters.
 Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives.
 Timeous distribution of matters arising.
 Creating and maintaining a database where EXCO approvals can be stored and accessed by
authorised individuals.
 Processing and ensuring timeous payment of legal invoices.
 Maintaining an up to date Litigation matters list.
 Maintaining an up to date contract’s list and repository
Requirements
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
 3 – 5 Years Corporate Governance / Legal and Secretarial experience;
 A relevant qualification.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
 Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate governance and company secretarial
practices and procedures.
 Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
 Full working knowledge of MS office.
