The above-mentioned position is within the Claims Administration Department at AVBOB Head Office, Pretoria
Receive, sort and distribute daily correspondence.
Ensure that all claims are printed as received via SIP, fax to email, e-mail, post and Webdesk.
Identify all unknown faxes and follow the correct channels and use all tools and sources available to solve matters.
Ensure all information is captured 100% correctly, with specific reference to policy numbers.
Monitor the equal distribution of work continuously.
Updating of all files and correspondence.
Attend to all telephonic queries from all Stakeholders immediately.
General assistance in department to collect cheques, cheque replacements and cheque write backs.
1-2 Years administration experience
Insurance background would be an advantage
Customer service skills
Be able to work independently
Ability to work under pressure
